We send you a shortlist of properties before attending any inspections, you confirm which ones to proceed with.
Step 3: We Attend Every Open Home
We attend each open home, register on your behalf, walk through every room, asses the property condition, natural light, storage, noise levels and street environment, and speak to the agent directly about the property, the landlord's requirements and current application interest. We look at properties the way you would, honestly and critically.
Step 4: You Receive Your Same-Day Report
Within hours of every inspection, you receive a written report with our honest assessment, high-resolution photos of every room and feature, a full video walkthrough, specific notes on anything that requires your attention, and the inspection code you need to submit your application immediately. You can apply with confidence before local applicants submit.
Step 5: Application Support
We advise you on how to present your application for Melbourne's rental market including what agents look for, how to structure your cover letter as an interstate or overseas renter, and how to make your application competitive.
