Per property. The $89 covers one inspection at one property. The relocation packages cover a set number of inspections, not a set number of hours.
How quickly will I hear back?

Are you building inspectors?
No. We're not building inspectors or pest inspectors. We attend the open home as your eyes and report what we see — condition, light, noise, storage, the street and the building — so you can decide whether to apply.
