One-off pricing suits people who have already found the place they want and just need someone through the door.
How much do the packages cost?
Two options, depending on how many properties you expect to chase:
- $1,199 — up to eight inspections.
- $2,199 — up to sixteen inspections.
Most people relocating underestimate how many properties they will apply for. Melbourne is competitive and applications are frequently unsuccessful for reasons that have nothing to do with you.
